I offer an approach to the law that recognizes that I am dealing with a person who has come to me for help.  This means that the moment you walk into my office you will have an attorney at your side advocating for your interests, and if this means aggressive litigation that is fine.  However, if your issue can be resolved with less financial costs and emotional burdens I will seek this path.  Regardless of which approach best meets the needs of your particular issue my office will fight and support you from the initial intake to the final disposition.
